Gale Tobin on You Are What You Eat

As a vegan expert and an all-around citizen of the Internet, Gale Tobin knows exactly what the title means. What one eats will come out with his/her physical stature. It’s not rocket science, it’s just plain biology. And Gale Tobin will explore more about the meme in great detail.

Indeed, the words ‘ you are what you eat’ are already seen time and time again all over the Internet. But does one really grasp the concept of this meme? Gale Tobin believes that there truly is more than meets the eye for this particular saying. In fact, Gale Tobin believes that this is a warning for people who never truly care about their appearance.

Picture two individuals who are on a very different diet from each other. The first person is someone who eats vegetables, fruits, the right amount of meat, chicken, and eggs. The second person, however, is someone who eats deep-fried foods, dishes with too much salt and preservatives in them, and drinks soda at all times. Now, who do you think looks healthier? Naturally, it’d be the first person, since the guy is all about eating healthy food.

The first person would appear to look more natural, with healthy skin, hair, and a more cheerful disposition. While Gale Tobin is not saying that people who eat junk food all the time look miserable, upset, and tired most of the time, she’s seen and knew enough people who are living the said lifestyle!

Gale Tobin believes that people with heart problems and high blood pressure due to eating poorly has a fighting chance of getting back to optimum health by strictly adhering to a diet that is only about vegetables and fruits. Strictly no animal meat, other dairy products, and especially soda and unhealthy food.

The vegan diet, coupled with a good exercise regimen, medication, and plenty of rest, should give your body the nutrients it needs to get back into its healthier shape. Leafy vegetables are very good sources of vitamins and minerals without the fat and the preservatives that is usually present in food coming from fast-food restaurants.

While we have people who eat too much soda and junk food, there is also currently a problem with people who eat too much food, whether it’s healthy or unhealthy. Gale Tobin believes that because of the pandemic, more and more people are no longer exercising, are choosing to eat poorly, and sometimes, these same people resort to overeating especially when they are ‘stressed’. Too much of a good thing is often bad and this bad thing is called obesity.

Remember, you are what you eat. Remember to eat wisely and moderately!
